The process in creating the perfect website for your business is simple – we’ll just follow our 3D step process: Discuss, Design, Deliver.
Step 1: Discuss
- After you contact us, we’ll schedule an initial meeting to discuss your web design needs and desired outcomes.
- We begin by understanding your vision, goals, and target audience to create a tailored strategy.
- Based on your budget and the complexity of the project, we’ll propose the most suitable solution.
- Our goal is to design beautiful, easy-to-manage websites that drive engagement and deliver results.
- We’ll also discuss whether you’d like to manage your site independently -with a walkthrough and tutorial included – or prefer us to handle ongoing updates for you.
Step 2: Design
- We’ll create a stunning, user-friendly website tailored to your brand and designed for seamless functionality.
- Depending on your business needs and budget, this can be a completely custom design or built on a template you’ve approved.
- If we’re building from scratch, we’ll take care of the full setup. For redesigns, we’ll implement updates carefully to avoid disrupting your business and minimize downtime.
- The design can align with your existing brand identity, or we can also support you with a full rebrand if desired.
Step 3: Deliver
- Once the design is approved, we’ll launch your website and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- To keep your online presence fresh and effective, we offer ongoing support and optional check-in sessions to make sure updates are completed and your site continues performing at its best.
- If you prefer, you can manage your website independently, but we’ll always be available to answer questions or provide assistance in the future.

How much does it cost to build a new website?
Ah! The ever present “how much is it” question. Unfortunately, this question doesn’t have a straight-forward answer, as the most accurate one is – it depends. It depends on the number of pages, the amount of content, whether or not you want copywriting services, or will be providing the text, if there is a product/team/headquarters/event photoshoot or if you are using stock images, as well as if the page will have a completely custom design, or if it is based on a template.
As a guide – a very simple one-page website, with a few images, a bit of text and a contact form can start from 500 EUR (ex. VAT).
Please keep in mind that if there are certain budget constraints we will be more than happy to go over a variety of options, in order to reach the best solution for you and your business.
Should I really get a website if my business is too small?
Absolutely! There is no such thing as being too small. Every business deserves and should have a great online presence. A website can help you reach a new client base that wouldn’t have otherwise found you.
I already have a site. Why would I need anything new?
That’s often a response smaller businesses have when it comes to thinking about redesigning their websites, often built ages ago and not updated ever since. A modern, functional, and easy to use website is crucial in the forever changing landscape of the Internet. This can be the difference between struggling to find new clients and barely keeping up with orders. Good web design is key!
Isn't my Facebook / Instagram page enough?
Facebook and Instagram pages are a great tool for exposure, but they have one fundamental flaw – you don’t own them. If anything happens, from them being down, to the Meta bots deciding to ban and/or delete your page, you instantly lose anything you have created and people can’t find you. And when they can’t find you, they can’t use your services or buy from you.
Having a website ensures your business is always there when your existing or potential clients need it.
How long does it take to make a website?
Depending on your readiness it can be done in less than a week if it is a small site and you have all the content already prepared. Otherwise, it can take from a couple of weeks to few months, based on the complexity and size of the site.
With new sites it’s important to keep in mind that it can take up to 48h to propagate correctly, if we will be changing where the name servers point to.
The duration also depends on the number of changes required – we usually include one round of changes in the offer we will send before commencing work. However, should more be required (especially, in situations with more stakeholders that need to approve) we can add extra rounds as needed. Each is completed withing 3 business days.
How do we manage our site without any experience?
The easiest option is to let us take care of things for you. This removes the hassle and worry and lets you focus on your business.
Of course, if you want to take things in your own hands, we will be more than happy to show you how to update your site through WordPress and add new content with the visual builder. You don’t need to code, so we promise – it’s not scary.
However, if anything happens, and your site is down, or something breaks – we are an email/call away and we’ll help you out.

It has an easy to navigate admin panel and the variety of plugins and themes is unparalleled.

Plus, we will help you learn how to use it afterwards, so you can update and post content yourself, should you wish to take on its management in-house.
